Shipping policy

All Kitted Thinking Tools products include free shipping, worldwide.

Our fulfillment partners use a range of shipping carriers including the USPS, FedEx, UPS, and more.

Presently all orders are shipped from the USA, and for international orders you may need to pay customs fees.

Shipping and handling times vary, but most orders to the continental USA should arrive within 3 business days from purchase. International orders vary depending on several factors, and shipping times may take several weeks depending on these variables, including customs.

Any orders to the USA that show no tracking progress for 20 continuous days are eligible for a claim with the carrier. Similarly for International orders for 30 days of no tracking progress. If your order has fallen into a postal abyss for this time period, please contact us via admin@kitted.app with the subject 'Lost package' and we'll organize a replacement to be shipped to you free of charge.
